Theresa is President and CEO of Rachuba, a family-owned and operated real estate company focusing primarily on property management and real estate investing. Theresa’s primary role is to develop and implement Rachuba’s strategic plan as well as oversee all financial, operations, and human resource functions.

Theresa earned the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM ®) and Rachuba Management, Inc. holds the Accredited Management Organization (AMO®) accreditation. Both designations are through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). These designations provide Rachuba with the elite standards for property management firms and sets Rachuba apart in terms of reputation, fiscal stability, exceptional management, and ethical conduct.
